Bugatti unveils designs for world’s first Bugatti Residence project in Dubai

Bugatti revealed the designs of its first real estate development project at the Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai, on May 24, 2023.

The project will be developed in collaboration with Binghatti and will be located in Dubai’s Business Bay area.

Bugatti Residences will consist of a skyscraper, the design of which has been inspired by the French Riviera and the brand’s iconic elements of luxurious design innovations.

The structure is scheduled to house 171 Riviera Mansions, as well as 11 Sky Mansion Penthouses.

Some of the project’s amenities include two car lifts from the garage to the penthouses, a Riviera-inspired beach, open-air rooftop pools, jacuzzi spa, private members club, a fitness club, chef’s table, and private valet, among others.

The company states that the residences will feature unmatched craftmanship and exquisite finishes, along with the world’s finest materials, which will create a reimagined “Art of Living”.

Finally, the cost of the residences has not yet been determined, while construction of the project is expected to last about three and a half years, according to The National.
