Centralny Port Komunikacyjny (CPK) has opened a tender to appoint a General Contract Engineer (GCE), tasked with overseeing the construction of a new international airport near Warsaw. The GCE, also referred to as the Delivery Partner, will serve as both the Project Management Consultant and Contract Engineer for the entire construction timeline.
The selected entity will be responsible for end-to-end coordination of design and construction activities. This includes planning, scheduling, consultancy, and integration of multiple contracts into a single cohesive programme. The aim is to ensure the airport opens in 2032, on time, within budget, and within scope.
