- NONLIN - Microsoft Windows based application for the Nonlinear Dynamic Time History Analysis of Single
Degree of Freedom Structural systems. This program was developed by Finley A. Charney, Ph.D., P.E., Advanced Structural Concepts, Incorporated, under a contract with the Federal Emergency Management Agency. As such, the program is the property of the federal government and is free from copyright restrictions. It is available free of charge to any and all that can benefit from it.
- Atlas 2.0 (949 kB- Windows 95/98/Me/NT/2000/XP) is a program targeted at architects and construction
engineers. The program has a very easy interface. It lets you enter your data with the mouse, and it shows the resulting moments and shear forces immediately in both a graphical and numerical way. Maximum bending moments can easily be calculated. Atlas is freeware!
- Shear.exe is a Computer Based Training module that developed by Professor Timothy J. McCarthy with
students in Manchester. It covers a description of shear stresses in structures, shear flow and shear centre.
- WinFElt is an open source system for finite element analysis. The current version of FElt knows how to
solve linear static and dynamic structural and thermal analysis problems; it can also do modal and spectral analysis for dynamic problems.
- RCC-2000 - Spreadsheets for Concrete Design to BS 8110 and EC2. User Guides for each spreadsheet in
MS Word format and Acrobat .pdf format.
- MASTAN2 - The MASTAN2 structural analysis software is intended for the student or practicing engineer
who is interested in exploring nonlinear analysis. Although MASTAN2 is similar in functionality to today's commercial software, the number of pre- and post-processing options have been limited in order to minimize the amount of time needed for a user to become proficient at its use.

Engineering Firms for Capability, Reliability and Price. You can download the free fully functional Finite Element Analysis Software LISA 6.0.1. All the software commands are active, the only restriction is on the size of the models which cannot exceed a maximum number of 1300 nodes.
- CADRE Lite is a 3D Finite Element Structural Analysis Program. Evaluation version is limited to 1500 nodes

- Membrane-2000 is an easy to use analysis program that will calculate the load-deformation relationship
for a uniform panel of reinforced concrete subjected to in-plane shear loading. The program implements the Modified Compression Field Theory as well as the Rotating Angle-Softened Truss Model and the Fixed Angle-Softened Truss Models. The program was developed at the University of Toronto as part of the thesis of Evan Bentz in a project supervised by Professor Michael P. Collins.
