ELPLA (ELastic PLAte) is a program for analyzing slab foundation of arbitrary shape with the real subsoil model. Available for free.

A collection of Civil Engineering design programs is available in Italian (even though they can be easily understood). Programs are
developped by Piero Gelfi, instructor of Steel design in the University of Brescia.
