What are some good ways to relax while driving long distances? I have just begun driving on the freeway with my parents with my learner's permit. I find that when I drive longer distances on the freeway that I tend to tense up and after driving for a while I become sore. I find that I'm much more loose when I'm driving around town, but when I speed up and get on the freeway I get very tight. What can I do to help myself relax?
